Torn (Connections #2) by Kim Karr

Kim Karr’s sequel in the Connected series picked up where the last book left off. The book was heavily influenced by music as you can see by the extensive playlist. The book was a continuation of River and Dahlia’s relationship, but it also sets the stage for future books focusing on other characters. I found myself putting the book down to do other things but at the same time, I really did want to know what happened with the characters… just not at that moment.  I liked it, but I didn't love it.

There are a lot of great reviews out there for this one though, so don’t let this deter you from reading this sequel.
